Providence Baptist Church began as a frontier church in 1846, established by Rev. Robert James, father of Frank and Jesse James. For more than 160 years, Providence Baptist Church has faithfully sought to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with all people. We are conservative Southern Baptist Church with a strong emphasis on evangelism and missions. Our worship style includes a blend of modern worship songs and traditional hymns.
