We have been serving dog owners in the Kansas City metro area since 2002.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a pooper scooper service for residential homes and also apartment complexes, HOA's, dog parks and city parks.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After being a dog owner most my life, I realized that the yard clean up was the most unpopular aspect of dog ownership. After researching the pet service industry, I was confident this type of service would be popular.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide superior customer service and portray a professonal image. But in our line of business, we understand that humor goes along way too.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
No plans to expand outside the Kansas City metro area. There is plenty of "business" for us here.
