How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1950.
What is your primary product or service?
We have three main lines of business.
1) Lawn Care
2) Pest Control
3) Termite Inspections and Treatments
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I grew up in the business. When I was a child in the 60's, I used to ride along with my grandfather (L.R. Gunter) to help. I went to college (MU) and got a business degree and joined the business full time in 1978.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are the most experienced. We do a good job retaining employees, having only lost 3 employees in past 10 years.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Right now, we are only in Kansas City, but we do work in St. Joe and Lawrence and all the surrounding suburbs.

We are in Waldo, but very few clients come to us. We go to them.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment.

Lawrence to the West. St. Joseph to the North. Oak Grove to the East. Harrisonville/Gardner to the South.

Owned by the Gunter/Besheer family.

7 am - 4 pm
