We are a Real Estate Appraisal School with offices and classroom located in Kansas City, MO. Our CE and QE Appraisal courses are approved in both Kansas and Missouri. We also present CE clases in Columbia MO and Wichita KS.

How long have you been in business?
We have been in business in Kansas and Missouri since 1993. Incorporated in 2000, we just celebrated our 20th birthday!
What is your primary product or service?
Primarily, we offer a full assortment of education for real estate appraisers. Not only do we offer the courses for licensure as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser, approved in both Missouri and Kansas. Additionally, we have continuing education courses in both states. Currently we are building our On-Line course listing.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a Rockhurst College instructor and an appraiser, I started teaxching real estate appraisal classes on our own due to the high demand and the absence of any other schools in this field.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We specialize only in Real Estate Appraisal and do not try to branch out into all the other real estate categories. We believe in doing a good job and we just cant afford to spread ourselves too thin and still offer quality education. Currently, we are the only real estate appraisal school in the Kansas City Metropolitan area and the only one in Kansas.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We seasonally expend throughout Missouri and Kansas concentrating in Wichita and Columbia with additional courses in many other towns.

Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Government/private employees may prearrange, through a purchase order, direct billing to their employer. We do not offer student loans or grants, however.

What are your hours of operation?
Office hours 8:30 - 6:00, Classroom doors open at 7:30 with all courses beginning at 8:00
